Discussion of the themes of the survey event are on 21st and 28th Nov 10:00 am – 2:30 pm, must attend both sessions.
This co-production project is aimed at engaging with parents, carers and children and young people who have complex special educational and health needs and/or disabilities and attend specialist schools in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
The key aims of this project are for to have a clear shared understanding of:
- What is working well?
- What is not working well or where there are areas for improvement?
- What is important for the future to meet people’s needs?
The first stage of this process was an online questionnaire which opened on the 25th of September and closed on the 18th of October.
The next step is to meet in person to review and discuss the themes of this survey to allow them and their partners to have a clearer, more informed and detailed understanding of young people’s healthcare experiences and from this look at how they can get a clear vision of what future services need to consider.
They are holding two events at Eastwood Hall to do this, a lunch will be provided and ideally they would like people to be able to attend on both days.
Participants who are interested can complete and return the form attached below, by email to James.Wallace@nottscc.gov.uk.
